01 · Land & Communities

Respecting the land we build on.

Ontario's best solar sites sit on traditional and treaty territories. We engage First Nations and Métis communities from the earliest stage of site selection — and we structure projects so communities can share in ownership, not just host it.

Our commitment: every ground-mount project begins with a conversation with the communities whose land it sits on, and every one offers them a path to ownership.

Indigenous partnership

  • Early, ongoing engagement — before sites are locked in
  • Equity participation structures for Indigenous partners
  • Support through the duty-to-consult process
  • Local hiring, training and procurement

Environmental stewardship

  • Siting that avoids sensitive habitat and prime farmland
  • Full environmental review and renewable energy approvals
  • A vegetation management plan for every site
  • Decommissioning and restoration plans from day one

Measurable impact

  • GHG reductions measured and reported annually
  • Clean energy credits shared with partners — one per MWh
  • Municipal support and community benefit agreements
  • Transparent reporting for ESG disclosure

02 · From photon to dollar

Power from the stuff of stars. Four transformations, one return.

Every kilowatt-hour we produce begins as a photon forged in the core of the Sun, eight minutes and twenty seconds from your site. Our job is to lose as little as possible at every step — and to capture the most at the moments that matter.

  1. 01 · PHOTON

    Starlight arrives

Born from fusion in the Sun's core, light reaches Ontario at up to ~1,000 watts per square metre on a clear day.

  2. 02 · ELECTRON

    Light becomes current

Bifacial modules on trackers catch light on both faces and follow the Sun across the sky.

  3. 03 · KILOWATT-HOUR

    Energy, timed

Batteries hold midday light and release it in the evening hours when the grid — and your bill — needs it most.

  4. 04 · DOLLAR

    Value, compounded

Lower Global Adjustment, avoided purchases, market revenue and clean energy credits — every year for 25+ years.

03 · Returns

kWh → MWh → Dollars.

Energy savings are the floor. Returns are the point.

Not every megawatt-hour is worth the same. A MWh sold at noon earns the market price. The same MWh delivered during one of Ontario's five peak hours can be worth hundreds of times more. We engineer for those hours.

04 · Partnership models

One project. Four ways to own the outcome.

Each structure is modelled against your interval data and Global Adjustment history, so the choice is made on numbers.

01

On-site load displacement

Rooftop or ground-mount solar behind your meter, non-export and sized to your load. Lower purchases and lower peak-hour demand.

02

Off-site solar V-PPA

A share of an Ontario solar farm via Contract-for-Differences, with GA credit through IESO's Corporate PPA program.

03 · FLAGSHIP

Profit-sharing partnership

A phased development contribution for 50% of net project profits — GA savings, merchant revenue, storage value and clean energy credits. No shares, no capital calls.

04

On-site battery storage

Discharges through forecast peak hours, earns arbitrage and demand-response revenue, and backs up critical loads.

05 · Sirius Intelligence

The panels are hardware. The edge is the forecast.

Ontario's market is decided by a handful of hours. Sirius Intelligence is the machine-learning layer that predicts them — and turns every forecast into a decision about how a project is sized, financed and dispatched.

Batteries don't run on fixed timers. They charge on cheap midday solar, hold reserve on high-risk days, and discharge through the hours that set your Global Adjustment for the year.
